Author biographies
Monika Metykova
Monika Metykova works as lecturer in media communications and journalism studies at the University of Sussex. Her research interests include media/journalism and democracy, migration and cosmopolitanism as well as European media spaces and policy. Her manuscript Diversity and the Media will be published by Palgrave next year.
Pablo Sapag M.
Pablo Sapag works as professor at Madrid Complutense University where he lectures on war journalism, propaganda and communication for ethnic minorities. He is also a visiting professor at the University of Sussex (UK), the Centre for Arabic Studies at the University of Chile and other universities in Latin America and Spain. His research focuses on propaganda, war and the media and the way in which Arabic ethnic minorities in Latin America use the media as a tool for communication.
